Overview
MellowSaas keeps this website privacy-first. The site does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, tag managers, chat widgets, external font calls, or nonessential cookies. It is designed to work without silent behavioral tracking.
Information you choose to share
The Start your website form collects the name, business, email address, optional website, project type, budget indication, and project details you provide. The site sends that information through a first-party endpoint to an email delivery provider so MellowSaas can receive and respond to the inquiry. The information is not used for automated marketing or sold.
Delivery and storage
Netlify hosts this website and processes inquiry submissions. Google Gmail delivers and stores our inquiry correspondence, including mailbox and sent-mail copies. These providers may retain operational and security records under their own policies.
To prevent spam, duplicate submissions, and payment abuse, we temporarily process technical identifiers derived from IP addresses and request details, along with timestamps. These security records do not contain your original inquiry text or email address. Active protection windows last up to 24 hours; records are cleared during subsequent updates, so inactive records may remain stored longer. Short-lived security information is also held in server memory.
Payments and maintenance
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. When you choose to purchase, Stripe collects your contact and payment details and stores your payment method for the required monthly maintenance charges you authorize. MellowSaas receives payment status, customer and payment references, purchased scope, and consent records through its Netlify-hosted server to manage your order and maintenance subscription. This site does not receive or store your card number. Stripe may use cookies and fraud-prevention technology on its own checkout. Payment records may be retained for accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Checkout and payment-status checks also use the limited security records described above. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Paid project briefs
For paid packages, we verify the initial payment and package directly with Stripe. Submit your brief using the same email used at checkout. We store the verified order reference, payer email, project brief, and delivery status in Netlify-hosted storage so paid orders can be distinguished from unpaid inquiries and followed up if a brief is missing. Briefs and payment notifications are also sent to our Gmail inbox. Keep your private post-payment brief link confidential. These records are retained for project delivery, support, accounting, and dispute handling; you can contact us about access or deletion, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Server records
The hosting provider may process limited technical records needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and security events. These records are infrastructure data rather than marketing profiles.
Retention and choices
Inquiry correspondence may be retained while an inquiry or project is active and afterward when reasonably needed for records, dispute prevention, or legal obligations. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided, subject to legitimate retention requirements.
Changes
If analytics, embedded services, or other tracking tools are introduced later, this policy and any consent requirements will be reassessed before deployment.
