About these terms
These terms govern access to and use of the MellowSaas website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or with another person’s use.
Website information
The website provides general information about MellowSaas, its capabilities, current pricing, and ways to begin a project conversation. Custom project scope, timing, responsibilities, ownership, and deliverables are agreed in writing before payment. Standard packages follow the scope and terms disclosed before checkout.
Pricing
Standard packages are $1,500 USD for up to 3 pages, $3,000 USD for up to 5 pages, and $5,500 USD for up to 10 pages, paid upfront. Custom projects are quoted individually before payment. The $150/month plan includes hosting, one standard-priced domain and its renewal, technical upkeep, and ongoing content updates. Higher-priced domains require a higher monthly maintenance fee, quoted and agreed before payment. Contact us before checkout if you want a higher-priced domain; standard online checkout authorizes $150/month only. Paid third-party services beyond hosting and domain registration are quoted separately. Unlimited revisions within the purchased scope are included; extra pages or new functionality may cost extra by prior agreement.
Delivery
The first complete website for a standard package is delivered within 7 calendar days after payment and receipt of the completed project brief, website content, and required access. Further revision requests can extend final completion. Custom project delivery dates are agreed before payment.
Required website maintenance
Required website maintenance costs $150 USD/month, beginning one month after the initial payment and renewing monthly. The $150/month plan includes hosting, one standard-priced domain and its renewal, technical upkeep, and ongoing content updates. Higher-priced domains require a higher monthly maintenance fee, quoted and agreed before payment. Contact us before checkout if you want a higher-priced domain; standard online checkout authorizes $150/month only. Larger changes or new functionality may cost extra by prior agreement. Email mellowsaas@gmail.com before the next billing date to cancel and avoid the next charge. Care continues through the end of any paid period.
Refunds
Website payments are fully refundable before work starts. After work starts, any refund depends on the work already completed. Request a refund or cancellation at mellowsaas@gmail.com. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Payment authorization
Where live checkout is available, Stripe processes the full website payment upfront and saves your payment method for required maintenance. By accepting the checkout terms, you authorize $150 USD maintenance charges beginning one calendar month after successful payment and monthly afterward until canceled. If that date does not exist in the next month, the first charge falls on its last day. Cancel by emailing mellowsaas@gmail.com before the next billing date.
Concept work
Hollowbrook and Ciamarella are fictional concepts. They are not represented as operating businesses, completed client commissions, or evidence of measured commercial results. Names, menus, colors, imagery, and descriptive content within those demonstrations are illustrative.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site design, copy, and original materials are owned by or licensed for use by MellowSaas. You may view the site for personal or business evaluation, but may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions without permission.
Availability and liability
MellowSaas aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will remain current indefinitely. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MellowSaas is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from use of this informational website.
Governing law
Where a governing jurisdiction is required, these website terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
