Your first complete website is delivered within 7 calendar days after payment and receipt of your completed brief, content, and required access. Revisions can extend final completion.

Delivery within 7 calendar days For standard packages, your first complete website is delivered within 7 calendar days after payment and receipt of your completed project brief, website content, and required access. Further revision requests can extend the final completion date. Custom projects have a delivery date agreed before payment.
Required website maintenance — $150/month Begins one month after your initial payment and renews monthly. The $150/month plan includes hosting, one standard-priced domain and its renewal, technical upkeep, and ongoing content updates. Higher-priced domains require a higher monthly maintenance fee, quoted and agreed before payment. Contact us before checkout if you want a higher-priced domain; standard online checkout authorizes $150/month only. Content updates have no minute-based allowance. Larger changes, new pages, redesigns, or added functionality may cost extra, agreed before work begins. Cancel by emailing mellowsaas@gmail.com before your next billing date to avoid the next charge; care continues through the end of any paid period.
Cancellations and refunds Receive a full website-payment refund if work has not started. After work starts, any refund depends on the work already completed. Contact mellowsaas@gmail.com to request cancellation or a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
What costs extra? Content writing, paid photography, and additional paid third-party services are quoted separately. Hosting and one standard-priced domain with renewal are included in maintenance. Higher-priced domains increase the monthly maintenance fee, quoted and agreed before payment. New integrations or larger changes may cost extra; small requests are reviewed individually. Any additional costs are agreed before work starts.
Standard package prices are fixed for the listed scope. Every option is custom-designed. You supply approved copy, your logo, and images.
